Question: Is ill treatment of the homeless, a store policy or company policy? The blue arrow is a store employee. Photo attached. The founders of this company were inspired by travelers. They believed all travelers are in need of rest, food and a place to buy gas during their road trips. Safety was their priority and that became their foundation. We have been loyal customers since 2005. We encouraged family, friends and co-workers to frequent the Loves stores. Today, a family trip was the cause to buy snacks and food. We then headed to the pump to fill up. We don't normally go to this location due to the lack of quality customer service. THERE IS A MALL less than 2 miles away with a SAFEWAY FUEL CENTER, A SUBWAY, CHINESE RESTAURANT, A MULTNOMAH LIBRARY, MCDONALDS, a DOLLAR TREE and other stores. It's called Cherry Park. Normally, we purchase gas at that Safeway. As we waited to fuel, a man with a clear plastic bag QUIETLY walked over to the garbage can to pull out recyclable cans and bottles. Two male store employees RAN. RAN, from the store directly to the man. They began screaming at the man while escorting the man to the street entrance. One employee stopped, took off his

Wonderful shop! They were slammed but made sure to get us in and out on a reasonable time frame. The young woman on the service desk really knows how to run the place and multitask like a champ. Tech Neil is very diligent, professional, doesn't waste time and keeps you updated throughout the entire repair if he comes across any additional issues. Probably one of the best Love's truck service locations if not THE BEST we've been to. 10 out of 10 and great customer service from everyone we encountered during our visit.

The staff were very polite and the bathrooms were clean. However, there was an issue with the security guard; he wouldn't let drivers sleep, even though it is a designated rest area for all drivers. I don't know whyβhe knocked on my window while I was sleeping and told me to move my vehicle.

Pretty solid Love's. Despite nationwide fuel prices, the price per gallon here is actually quite reasonable. Clean bathrooms, attentive staff, normal gas station food. Would stop again if I was passing through.

We are on vacation and staying at the Holiday Inn next to Loves. We walked over to get some dinner items. They have a wide variety of everything here. We got what we needed and headed to the self checkout. There was an issue with our transaction as it accidentally charged me twice for my salad. I found Heidi and she was very friendly and helpful. She helped fix our extra charge.
